厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的沼氣內(nèi)含有一定的硫化氫,硫化氫不但會腐蝕管道及設(shè)備,更嚴(yán)重的是如果接觸到人員,會造成硫化氫中毒,給人們的身體健康造成危害,嚴(yán)重時可以致人死亡。沼氣脫硫的方法有很多,堿液脫硫法是常用的方法之一。該工藝以Na2CO3(NaOH)水溶液為吸收劑,擇優(yōu)選擇催化劑,自吸空氣噴射氧化槽再生,壓濾脫硫泡沫等工藝過程,達(dá)到全過程無污染的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
The biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation contains a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide not only corrodes pipelines and equipment, but more seriously, if it comes into contact with personnel, it can cause hydrogen sulfide poisoning, posing a threat to people's health and even causing death in severe cases. There are many methods for biogas desulfurization, and alkaline desulfurization is one of the commonly used methods. In this process, Na2CO3 (NaOH) aqueous solution is used as absorbent, catalyst is selected preferentially, regeneration of self-priming air jet oxidation tank, pressure filtration desulfurization foam and other processes are used, so as to achieve the design goal of pollution-free in the whole process.

1、脫硫工藝描述發(fā)酵罐產(chǎn)生的沼氣進(jìn)入濕法脫硫復(fù)合塔底部,自下而動,與上部噴淋下的脫硫液逆流充分接觸,沼氣中的H2S被吸收,凈化后的沼氣出界區(qū)進(jìn)入下道工序。吸收了H2S的堿液經(jīng)過催化氧化再生后循環(huán)使用,再生得到的硫泡沫經(jīng)脫硫?qū)S脡簽V處理制成硫塊出售。脫硫液返回系統(tǒng)使用。
1. The desulfurization process describes that the biogas produced by the fermentation tank enters the bottom of the wet desulfurization composite tower, flows from bottom to top, and fully contacts with the desulfurization solution sprayed from the upper part in reverse flow. The H2S in the biogas is absorbed, and the purified biogas leaves the boundary area and enters the next process. The alkali liquor absorbed H2S is recycled after catalytic oxidation regeneration, and the regenerated sulfur foam is made into sulfur blocks for sale after desulfurization special filter pressing treatment. The desulfurization solution is returned to the system for use.
2、脫硫液流程從脫硫塔底部引出的富液(吸收H2S,生成NaHS)進(jìn)入富液槽,再經(jīng)再生泵加壓后送再生槽噴射器。富液高速通過噴射器噴嘴時,噴射器吸氣室形成負(fù)壓自動吸入空氣,富液與空氣兩相并流經(jīng)噴射器喉管、擴(kuò)散管由尾管排出并由再生槽底部并流向動(第二步反應(yīng))。此時,富液中的懸浮硫顆粒被空氣浮選形成泡沫飄浮在再生槽上部,溢流硫泡沫槽內(nèi)。清液與泡沫分離后經(jīng)液位調(diào)節(jié)閥進(jìn)入塔底經(jīng)脫硫泵加壓,進(jìn)入塔頂,經(jīng)過吸收硫化氫后的貧液轉(zhuǎn)化成富液并流入塔底,進(jìn)入富液槽,如此循環(huán)。再生槽上部分離出的硫泡沫流入泡沫槽、經(jīng)泡沫泵送入壓濾機(jī),從而得到純度較高的單質(zhì)硫。其中產(chǎn)生的清液經(jīng)降溫、活化、沉淀后返回溶液系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)工藝用水、純堿、催化劑的補(bǔ)充在加藥槽中完成,每天定期取樣檢測脫硫液內(nèi)純堿、催化劑的濃度,并根據(jù)結(jié)果確定添加量
2. The rich solution (absorbing H2S and generating NaHS) extracted from the bottom of the desulfurization tower in the desulfurization process first enters the rich solution tank, and then is pressurized by the regeneration pump and sent to the regeneration tank injector. When the rich liquid passes through the nozzle of the injector at high speed, negative pressure is formed in the suction chamber of the injector to automatically suck in air. The rich liquid and air flow through the throat and diffusion tube of the injector, and are discharged from the tail pipe and flow upward from the bottom of the regeneration tank (second step reaction). At this time, the suspended sulfur particles in the rich solution are floated by air flotation to form foam and float on the upper part of the regeneration tank, overflowing into the sulfur foam tank. The clear liquid separated from foam enters the tower bottom through the liquid level control valve, is pressurized by the desulfurization pump, and enters the tower top. After absorbing hydrogen sulfide, the lean liquid is converted into rich liquid and flows into the tower bottom, and finally enters the rich liquid tank for circulation. The sulfur foam separated from the regeneration tank flows into the foam tank and is pumped into the filter press by the foam pump to obtain the elemental sulfur with high purity. The resulting clear liquid is cooled, activated, and precipitated before returning to the solution system. The replenishment of system process water, soda ash, and catalyst is completed in the dosing tank. The concentration of soda ash and catalyst in the desulfurization solution is sampled and tested regularly every day, and the amount of addition is determined based on the results
